Current clients include Pharma, Biotechs, Data Aggregators, CRO’s, Distributors, GPO’s, Academic Institutions, and Consulting Firms.
Position Description
saleSEER is seeking highly motivated individuals with advanced clinical knowledge, who aspire to become experts in data intelligence and commercialization in healthcare.
The Senior Analyst position will work in collaboration with the Operations and Sales teams at saleSEER to support Pharma and Industry clients. This position will have responsibility for research, analyses, development, and presentation of internal and external deliverables. The deliverables will provide critical insights for clinical and business decision making.
Responsibility and duties include:

Analyze and present clinical content, workflows, and oncology pathways for applicability and relativity for Pharma’s clinical and commercial strategies.

Participate in client meetings to support the presentation, interpretation and application of insights derived from analyses.

Lead the analysis and development of reports/dashboards and client deliverables as assigned.

Through analysis of clinical content, identify and inform the Sales team of new market opportunities for pathway and data expansion.

Collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize pathways and healthcare data to identify key insights.

Provide technical expertise and oversight to ensure high quality and accuracy of deliverables in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

Create dynamic visualizations for client deliverables.

Required experience and attributes:

Minimum of a 4-year college degree required; advanced degrees preferred

Educational focus in data analytics preferred

Clinical knowledge, experience, and healthcare business acumen preferred

Healthcare consulting and problem-solving experience preferred

Demonstrated work ethics in achieving scholastic and professional goals

Strong history of successful relationship development

Technical and/or clinical data knowledge strongly preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Works well in a team, exhibits professionalism and flexibility in all interactions

Must possess a strong desire to provide the exceptional customer service

Ability to travel as necessary

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau required
